Refund Policy

At DLS Valeting, we aim to provide the highest quality service to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be processed.

1. Deposit Refunds

​

  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Outside 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your service at no extra charge. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded.

2. Refund for Services Rendered

​

  • Work Completed: Once services are completed, no refund will be issued for the service provided. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Unfinished Services: If we are unable to complete the service due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a partial refund for the services not rendered, based on the work completed.

3. Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp and must include details of the issue, service provided, and the reason for the request.

 

4. Unforeseen Circumstances

​

  • DLS Valeting is not responsible for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or acts of others that may prevent or delay our services. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer a refund for the time lost.

 

5. Disputes and Legal Action

​

  • In the event of a payment dispute, we will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. However, if we are unable to come to an agreement, we may pursue legal action to recover any outstanding payments.
