Due to DLS Valeting being a new business we ask that there is accessibility to electricity and water. We have plans to expand and eventually solve these problems.
If your interior is heavily soiled, has mould, vomit or any stains, an additional charge will applied due to extra time required. Failure to make this know will likely increase the cost.
Due to staff and vehicle safety we will NOT commence with work on a vehicle that is on a main road, heavily used road, pay and display parking's or in small/tight roads.
Since we are a small business, we will not commence with work outside of a 20 mile radius. If you are outside of the 20 mile radius, we may offer an additional fee to cover our time and travel or unfortunately we would have to cancel.

We require a deposit of 20% to secure your booking. Your space will not be reserved until a deposit has been paid. Payment must be made once the work is complete. Cancellation within a 24 hour period prior to you appointment will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable. If cancellation is prior to the 24 hour period we will try reschedule your appointment.
DLS cannot control traffic, weather or the acts of others. If DLS have to cancel a booking, we will re-schedule. If we cannot re-schedule your appointment then a full refund of your deposit will be honoured.
Upon booking you will be made aware of the Terms and Conditions, with doing so you agree to the businesses Terms of Service. An invoice will be given to you on arrival and sent to you via email upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken.
