Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of service for DLS Valeting and apply to all bookings, services, and transactions conducted with us.
 

1. Service Availability

  • Access to Electricity and Water: Due to the nature of our mobile valeting services, we require access to both electricity and water for completing the work. If these are unavailable at the location, we may not be able to perform the service.

  • Service Area: We currently provide services within a 20-mile radius of Eastleigh. For locations outside this radius, an additional travel fee may apply, or we may need to cancel the appointment if it is not feasible for us to travel.

2. Vehicle Conditions

  • Heavily Soiled Interiors: If the vehicle interior is heavily soiled, contains mould, vomit, or other difficult stains, an additional charge may apply. The extra time required to clean such conditions will result in an increased cost. Please inform us of any such conditions before your booking to avoid unexpected charges.

  • Safety Concerns: For safety reasons, we will not commence work on a vehicle that is parked on a main road, heavily used road, pay and display parking, or in tight or small roads. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment will not be reserved until the deposit is received.

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due once the work is complete. We accept cash and card payments (via Tap by NatWest).

  • Cancellations:

    • 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.

    • Outside 24-Hours: If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations by DLS Valeting

  • DLS Valeting cannot control external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or the acts of others that may affect your scheduled service.

  • If we must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

5. Agreement to Terms
  • By booking and receiving services from DLS Valeting, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • An invoice will be provided upon arrival and sent to you via email when booking.

  • Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action to recover the amount owed.

6. Liability

DLS Valeting is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle under normal cleaning conditions. However, if any damage is caused due to negligence, DLS Valeting will take full responsibility.
